Rear Brakes

Ok, I'm not very familiar with rear disc brakes. The Laser I am getting is not driveable due to the rear brakes are getting eaten up. The guy said he had brake pads installed twice on the back and they are eaten up in like 3 weeks. What is wrong with it? Bad Calipers, or is there some type of fluid regulator that has gone bad?

Sounds like the fronts are not taking most of the load as they should. Is your braking power noticeably diminished? Try tapping the porportioning valve on the firewall (follow the lines). Sometimes (but rarely) they get stuck. Otherwise something is wrong with the front brakes or section of the master cylinder that runs the fronts. Or air is in the front lines. Try bleeding the system again.
