Rear Brakes problem

My car was sitting for a while. The rotors were warped and seized badly. The front is fine, but recently did the rear rotors and pads. Man was it a pita, everything was frozen in place.

Bought the right parts vented large rear rotors and 11/94 pads. Today i noticed that the pads were not wearing on the disks. I washed the car the other day and the surface rust that appears from the water has not come off.

The pad only wears off on the corners of the rotor almost as if the pad isn't touching.

Ive never seen this before so im a bit lost. What do i need new calipers? I pushed the pistons back in and cleaned everything up well.

are your brake lines kinked

have you pushed the brake piston in while having someone watch the reservoir to see if it bubbles up from fluid being pushed into it. i think most cars will do that

you could jack the back of the car up and have some one push the brakes while you see if you can spin you back wheels.

made sure brakes are tight.slider bolts and for the bracket that holds the piston. maybe something is to looose
