rear brakes grinding??

the rear brakes and rotors where changed on my car and ever since they where changed it makes a grinding sound at low speeds until stopped any ideas?? thanks in advance

not sure if this will help but i had a "ssshhhhh" noise coming from my rear brakes and i washed and sprayed a ton of soap water from a garden hose all over them and tried to get it all up in the "pad to rotor" surface and it magically went away! i would def check to see if the pads or rotor are wearing funny or grooves ground into the pads/rotors

I'd get some brake cleaner and spray them down, before I used soapy water.
It may be that the squealers were installed wrong.
Does it feel like it is actually dragging the rear end?

yeah it feels like its dragging the rear end you can feel it pretty bad

is your ebrake frozen? it could be the aux drum. they like to do that

This happened on my sister's prelude. The rear was going through a set of pads in less than a year. I had to change the calipers. Works like a charm now.

Just dealt with this on my friends Talon, the rear caliper had gone bad and the piston was stuck.
Probably time for some new calipers.
Or you could rebuild them, which I don't like doing.

Not sure on 2g but our 1g calipers are actuated so be sure to pick up an actuated caliper square tool if you are going to be checking for a frozen caliper. If when you say they "were just changed" you mean you had a shop change them just take it back to that shop and tell them the problem, they should be more willing to remedy it for you.
