Theres a 97 Eclipse for sale by me and if its a 2 liter engine without turbo should i get it? I have a 1g n/t 1.8 liter. How easy would it be to put a turbo on the 97eclips eand what what the coast be?:dsm:

why don't you buy a 2g factory turbo car. If you can't find one yet, wait a while, it's bound to show up sooner or later. It's gonna cost you less in the long run. There's a whole section on n/t to turbo conversion. READ IT.

^^^^^I agree, turbocharging a 2nd gen eclipse is a lot of work, especially if you want to drop the turbo motor, its almost impossible, but can be done, and it takes a lot of blood sweat and tears, your better off waiting for a turbo 1st gen or 2nd gen, their both great cars, if it were me i would wait, but its up to you bro, goodluck. :thumb:
