2g is getting woo, woo, woo, power surges.

When the turbo starts to spool up its fine, then it starts surging. when you let off the gas then hit it again it is fine, then starts again, woo, woo, woo.
Any ideas.

check the shaft play in your turbo...if its out of spec, a rebuild/new turbo is in your future. Is it making any weird noises?

my first guess...stop with all the coffee()
my second guess...check the lines to the boost controller and wastegate and pop the hood and slowly open the throttle until it starts "woo woo woo'ing" and look for anything out of the ordinary, otherwise SHAFT PLAY
