2g intake manifold sensor On top?

i think its like a map sensor but i have a 6bolt with a 2g head, does the sensor on top of the intake manifold need to be blocked or is it ok?

mdp sensor? its the thing that sits right on the top of the intake manifold. you can take it off BUT it will throw a code at you. the p1400 code. if you dont want a code keep it on

i have a 1g laser with a 2g head nothing is hooked up. does it need to be blocked when i take it off?

Yeah you can block it off but as stated above it will throw a code.

How is it going to throw a code? its not hooked up i have a 1g not a 2g nothing hooks up to it so y would it throw a code?

the sensor that runs to the hole isnt sending feedback to the ecu, therefore throwing a code.

Block it off. You won't throw a code. Not sure why people are telling you that.
