Ive searched and searched and cant find anything as to how to install a a fuel pressure solenoid. If anyone can please tell me it would be awesome I cant afford to have a shop do it.

It is always recommended when working in the engine bay but in this case I would say that it is not necessary. It's just one plug and 2 vacuum lines. It would take you longer to unhook the battery.Hey gravedigger I dont have to unhook the battery do I?
