Resolved 2G Installing fuel pressure solenoid

Solution
It's easy... It's attached to the fuel pressure regulator and intake manifold via vacuum hoses and it's plugged in with a connector. Just unplug the connector, unhook the vacuum lines, and then just reconnect everything back to the new solenoid.:)
I have an issue w my fps too. I had it so the hose went directly from the FPR to the Intake manifold, Now I need to get an E-test done so I need to connect it back and cant remember which fitting to connect the hose from the FPR onto the FPS. There are 2 fittings. One is brass, the other plastic. There is actually a third which has a cap on it but I know not to use that one. From there I just connect the hose from the outlet of the FPS to the intake manifold correct?

Pls help..

I don't know if this helps or not but since you guys mentioned that the dealer calls it a emissions silinoid! Has anyone checked to see if there is a charcoal canister on this car ? If so then ther is a vent valve on the canister causing this problem! Clamp off the vent to the tank with some needle nose vise grip plyers and see if the car starts running rite! If so that's why throwing a new silinoid on the car hasn't worked yet and your still getting the code p1105
