k guys i'm done with my build what i got is a 2g head and intake on my 1990 talon tsi 6bolt block i also think i messed something up i had the 2g and 1g coil packs.what i did was i took my 1g coil pack off the 1g bracket and bolted it to the 2g bracket so it will fit under the 2g intake in its original place i was wondering if this will work and what now is my firing order?also i'm running the 1g CAS was wondering where a base setting for the sensor would be i centered it on the two adjustment studs? ty guys

So this is a different vehicle than the 97 NT Talon?

The CAS has to be adjusted with a timing light. You can try to "center" it for a start up position to get it in proper time but that's it.

I believe the firing order will stay the same since you have the 1g ECU and CAS. The 95 and 96 year was the reversed signal that required wire swapping.

yeah LOL srry bout that i have a 1990 talon tsi awd.so its ok if i took the 1g coil packs off the 1g mounting bracket and placed it onto the 2g bracket?if thats cool then what exactly is the firing order from left to right cause the brackets had the numbers of the coils in different spots LOL ty again tho

gonna buy some new spark plugs today anyone ever rin E# plugs on a turbo car?can i possibly have the CAS installed 180 out?cause i jus turned it to line up with the slot in the back of the cam and installed it

The plugs you want are NGK BPR6ES at a 0.028" gap. Yes you can have the CAS 180* out, the car will run like complete ass if it even turns over.

so if it runs like shit i need to remove the CAS and turn the inside section to make the ottom the top and reinstall right? and the parts store said i needed to gap at 32 why?

OEM gap is 0.028". Don't listen to the store and dint buy any other plug than the NGK BPR#ES series. You want a number 6.

k guys here is he update i got NGK plugs gaped them to 28 and i verified i have spark to all my plugs.I have fuel to the rail, and also tried to turn the CAS 180 and still not even a sputter. So i had my daughter turn the engine over while i listened to the injectors for clicking with a 1/4 in extention and nothing any suggestions?what controlls the injector pulse the ecm? any and all suggestions will be great now ty

just some more questions.on the 1g CAS does the wires coming out of the cas face up or down LOL when i got the car the head was already off it so i was flying blindly
