2g gsx will not start

So I just recently had some work done to my cylinder head and replaced the head gasket along with some other things that needed replacement. Once I got the head back on the car it turned on for about 13 minutes and died because it ran out of gas. After I got some fuel in the car I tried starting it and now it won't. I can hear the starter clicking and the motor tried to turn over but it doesn't.
Any advice would be appreciated!!!

Spark, fuel, compresiion..And then the last thing to check is make sure the ecu isn't fried..

If your voltage is good. Try to turn the engine over by hand first. Pull the plugs and put a wrench on the crank pully to see if it turns. If it turns by hand without any resistance put the plugs back in and start checking the starter and ignition switch.


EDIT.... The way I read your post made me think your saying that the starter engages but the engine does not rotate. If that is the case then do the things I said. If not then there are other things mentioned above to check.
