If you just got a rebuilt motor, why the seafoam?? Drain the tank, purge it with new gas and keep trying to start the car. check the plugs and wires again. the plugs are probably soaked. You can try using starting fluid to see if it will 'bite' if it does, you main problem is the fuel mix itself with all the seafoam in it....

Seafoam wont hurt anything, but you dont need it unless you got a dirty fuel system. Give the engine bay a good look over again to make sure everthing is hooked up right and secure. Then crank her over, it might take a little bit

He does need to double check everything. My point is, why would you use anything in the car til you get it running first. It may take 5 minutes or so to get it cranked sometimes. The computer has to relearn timing and that could be his problem too..... a bad sensor could also be the problem. It could be many things as well. Fuel additives and oil additives are mainly a scam and not recommended.

If he mixed too much, it can hurt the fuel. I doubt he did do this but, as I said above, get it going before putting things in. According to SEA FOAM TM, only 1.-2 oz per gallon are recommended and will not ignite if mix exceeds 50%. I would still drain the tank, use the gas later after getting it running first. My .02
