ECMlink 2G GSX Running horribly and misfiring. Need help.

I just got a 1997 gsx that has some mild modifications and is running ECMLink. I’m having a problem with it running horrible and feels like it is misfiring. I have verified timing, spark plugs and firing order. Can anyone give me a hand

Can you be more specific?
Did you check for boost leaks?
Run a log?
Look at any sensor data?
Fill out a profile so we know what you have.
