Resolved 2G Fuel injectors in 90?

Hey guys so I might be getting some parts off a friends 98 gst, such as fuel injectors and a apexi safc. Wanting to know if they would work on a 1990 GSX. Thanks in advance for the information.

Yes they will both work.

The fuel injectors are a direct fit, and you will need to correctly wire in the SAFC.

Just get new injector seals and gaskets when doing a trade.

I would also recommend doing some bench cleaning of the injectors to ensure they are in goo working order. Look on YouTube for injector cleaning instructions.

Whats wrong with your stock injectors?

Unless you are an automatic (390cc), you both have 450cc injectors, yours are blue tops and the 2g should be black. Its not an upgrade.

No the ones I'm getting are 660cc
