Resolved 2G Foglight bolt size?

i have a 97 gsx, trying to install a VRSF FMIC and the mounting bolts supplied don't fit into the old fog light holes. I cant find the old ones in my giant mess of bolts and fittings. I do not want to tap the holes but rather reuse them. Does any one know the correct bolt size of the mounting bolts in the foglights so I can get this moving, ive "used the search" and "no results" is what I keep getting so im sorry if there is a thread on this already. THANKS in advance.

Bolts for the fog light mounting brackets on a 2G are M6 x 1.00 mm x 16 mm long.
