I am thinking about converting my 94 Eclipse GS to a turbo version, and I have a chance to pick up a slightly used turbo setup from a 2G Eclipse. My question is, will the Exhaust manifold bolt straight onto my 1G head, or will I have to mod something. And how much of it is bolt on? Besides welding in the oil return line in the oil pan.

All you have to do is take off the bolt on the passenger side of the head and run a oil feed line from there, you will have to get the kit from any vendor, and then for oil return you can weld in a bung or get a turbo oil pan.
Other than that it's pretty much straight bolt on.
Don't forget fuel mods and at least a slight tune via an safc.

The 2g manifold and O2 housing are bolt on affairs, you will however need a 1g oil feed line.

I would however recommend finding a used 14b to go with that 2g manifold and O2 housing to avoid the T-too small turbo and then you can easily use all 1g lines.
