2g eprom serial numbers?

ok i have looked high and low on this site for the link, i know its here some where but i just cant seem to find it.

i am looking for the ecu serial numbers so i can figure out if a ecu i am thinking about buying is an eprom or not, i dont wanna rip the guy off. if the ecu is an eprom i told him id give him 175 if not 75
