2g engine harness differences

My set up is a 6 bolt bottom end with a 7 bolt head with a 1g black top cas. The ecu is a 95 Eprom ecu. I have the adapter harness that allows 2gb to run the 1g cas.

I am wondering if there are any differences between years of the 2g engine harness because I need to buy a harness But unsure of what year would work best.

Also will a 2g auto harness work in a 2g manual car? What is needed to make this work. Thank you.

You can use an auto harness but IMO it's not worth the trouble or all the extra plugs that would just be hanging around. I'm not sure about your first question though so I'll let someone more experienced with harnesses answer that.

Sounds like you need a 95-96 2ga manual transmission harness. You might need to get a new adapter harness for 95-96 to 1g cas.
