2g axle problem please help

Ok so i search and search this forum for hours trying to figure out what to do, but i need help. There was a ticking sound coming from my engine bay that was not the engine. Found out it was my cv joints, so i decided to buy new from axles for both sides. I went to the store and had a hell of a time trying to figure out which one fit my car. I have been searching around for a new one. I found the axle at o'reillys, but they don't carry the intermediate shaft. Does anyone know where i can find one, or can i just use the old one? My problem is i cant get it off and i can't find any answers on how to get it off. I have been searching online and forums for about 3 days now with no answers. Please Help!!!

JNZ might be able to get you a new shaft. But if there is no side to side movement on the intermediate shaft then its fine, Advance sells new GSP brand axles for the front. I have them and have had no issues with them.

If JNZ does not have them, then used is all you can get. Post a WTB ad on here for one. You'll get it.

Ya as long as the halfshaft is still holding a seal (keeping tranny fluid in) than its good but for removal just tap the T.J. case with a plastic hammer or rubber mallet DO NOT put a pry bar too far into it in doing so can damage the oil seal inside the case and don't pull on the shaft
