I have a problem wth my recently bought 95 eagle talon. It ran fine for a few days after I bought it but then whenever I went to go at a stop light it felt like my clutch was slipping (motor revs up but car accelerates really slowly) then it feels like something catches and the car jerks and repeats the process, and whenever im crusing in 5th gear it hardly does it untill i get in boost then in 5th gear it will pull and jerk and repeat. I know alot about cars just not transmissions. PLEASE HELP:cry::confused::confused:

would a clutch slip then randomly catch itself? thats the only thing that confused me? never had a clutch problem before LOL

It's possible, there are several things that are cruicial to proper engagement/disengagement of the clutch.

A working clutch master and slave cylinder
Proper master cylinder/clutch pedal adjustment.
Clutch lines bleed properly
A working throw-out bearing, unworn pivot ball and fork
A good clutch disk and pressure plate
A good flywheel & surface (friction plate)
