Tune Problem Help Please

Hi have recently bought an 1996 talon tsi awd off my friend it was tune just on 18 psi and my alternator or battery died so dsm link shut down or w.e and it running like shit i need help it does not idle right i think ### of 850 cc ingectors and im not pushing no psi the gauge goes up but it not like boosting im trying to tune it with dsm link i have cable unsure on how to do it or if there is any one out there that can do it for me in the boston / salisbury beach area I could pay if you guys could point me in the right direction to tune it right

about the boost, make sure there is no pressure leak, check your lines, pipes everything your problem just has happened to me and i solved it, it was idleing rough and it boost was like not even there and no power, it was a leak, a really bad one that i got fixed.
