So basically I found this thread through the search button, but only found it for a 1G.

My question is, it should be possible with the 2G as well correct?

I already have:
- AWD Intermediate Shaft

I just need:
- AWD Driver Side Axle

Is that all then? Any comments will be appreciated.

Trying to reduce the % of torque steer and get better equal traction.

All 2g fwd's are 27 spline diffs. So you would either need a converted awd tranny or try to fit a 25 spline diff in your tranny.
