Boost creep?

I'm on a e316g and I spike to 23psi, the only time i get a hint of fuel cut is between shifts...I'm a auto, it back fires between 1 and 2nd

:talon:

Have you recently fixed some boost leaks?

Fuel cut is based on the total amount of air passing the maf so just turning the boost up wont necessarily mean more air going past the maf. Have you done some WOT high gear runs? you'll hit fuel cut when the motor is at its highest rev ranges for extended periods of time. For the record though my car doesn't hit fuel cut at 22psi on my 16g unless I have a boost leak.

Things that alter the fuel cut point include ambient temp, turbo efficiency, boost leaks, rpm range, engine load, intercooler setup, boost pressure, and a number of other little things.
