I'm definitely interested since this won't tune out.

Here's Jeffs email about the tune
car is done did 449whp at 22psi. The car has a light hick up some times when going through 2500rpm. I dont think its that big of a deal but the smaller injectors is probalby the only way to fix it. I will do the retune on the smaller ones for free if you dont like the 2150s on gas.

$300 tune did spend a ton of time sine the injectors are so big
$140 install of heater switch
$ 50 heater switch
$ 70 fix door locks
$560+ tax would be our total

Well since people are talking trades, and i am looking for bigger too, i have a set of year old 1000;s i'll ultra sonic clean and flow clean and test to ensure they are perfect for anything bigger, i'm ruynning out of pulsewidth on my e85 DD

FYI, Tom Dorris has run 2150's without any issues that I'm aware of.
But to clarify a bit, I run E85. Running gasoline puts the injector PW even lower and I've still not yet tested a set of 2150s on our bench to see where they start acting goofy. Most injectors do something like this down low:

Those are grey-case pintle 1600s, but by the very nature of operation, I'm pretty sure most injectors are eventually going to do something similar at some point as PW drops. We're still considering some code changes inside the ECU to account for this behavior since it seems to be so common with aftermarket injectors.

If you can find a set of injectors that has this behavior but has it in an area where our engines never operate, then that'd be great. But so far, every (aftermarket) injector we've tested goes "parabolic" right in the area where our cars idle and cruise. Above that, they all seem nice and linear.

Oh, also, I should add that the person running my 2150s right now is actually running on gasoline. He hasn't mentioned any issues, though. So there's another fairly random data point to add to the mix I suppose.
