I replaced the OEM injectors with RC 550's, new o-rings and seals. One is leaking during a boost leak test.

None of my injectors are engraved with a part-number indicating a size.

They are ALL labled with D1151AA

Three of the injectors are marked with the number "1209" directly opposite of the connector

One of the injectors (And the one leaking during a BLT) is marked "1199"

I'm not ruling out the possibility of the seals leaking, but if anyone can discern what's going on with these part numbers I would appreciate it.

There were a total of 10 or so uninformative search results through google about "RC Injectors D1151AA".

Old archived thread from 'Talk. Looks like they are 550's. Also look for PL8M-550 somewhere on the injector.

Thanks, that helps a little. There are no engravings or markings other than the 2 I listed.

Still curious about the disparity between the 1209 and 1199 markings.

Resolved; Cleaned the seal seats on the head, used the upper injector spacers from the OEM injectors (softer rubber, but 1mm thicker). Made sure rail was at 7-9ft/lb of tq.

No-longer have a boost leak from the injector seal.

Though that still leaves the marking disparity on the one injector.
