RC 720cc Injector Latency

I've looked everywhere to find the latencys for these injectors but can only come up with the Denso 720cc latencys. Does anyone know what they are? I need it to put the value into ecuflash to get a basic tune.

I found a chart of popular injectors online, but I can't remember where...as far as getting it again, but it does list RC720s. Keep in mind that everybody comes up with different numbers based on their engine mods etc. but here's what it has listed:

4.7v 6.120
7.0v 3.120
9.4v 1.992
11.7v 1.320
14.0v 0.888
16.4v 0.672
18.6v 0.408

And they have the scaling listed as:

636
