Definitly, I think all DSM's should have em somewhere in the same place in the interior. We can tell the ladies it actually came with the sticker stock. That'd be a riot

The HD means that the clutch kit has the Heavy Duty pressure plate which is the 2100 lb one. If you see XT instead of HD, then the kit has the Xtreme pressure plate which is the 2600 lb one. Each of these can be fitted with different types of discs. For street use, I would go with the street disc (last two letters of the product code would be SS). For strongest torque capcity, you can go with other disks such as the 6 puck (last two letters R6). Of course, 6 puck is not ideal for street use because of its harsh engagement. Check out the ACT site for the torque capacity of each kit.

BTW, thx to everyone who helped me out with my inquiry about which clutch to go with. I have decided to go with an ACT 2100 lb with full face street disc because I don't forsee further engine mods happening for a long time due to budget restraints. My clutch needed to be replaced quite urgently so I didn't get a chance to find out more about the Centerforce Dual Friction clutch. On their website, friggin Centerforce doesn't list much information including torque capacity. Due such lack of information, and since most people go with ACT, that's why I went with them.

i have a gst with a t3/t4 and built motor(well it will be done in 3 weeks) and i have a 2100 right now, do you think i will need the 2600? or will the 2100 be ok because its fwd. i hope to be in low 11's. if not the 2600 what other clutch would be best for me( assuming the 2100 isnt sufficient) thanks

What if a gst had slicks running mid 12's would you recomend the 2600 or the 2100?
