20g turbo rebuild kit?

hey guys I need to know ware I can get a rebuild kit for my 20g turbo or maybe a new CHRA or whatever its called. I think its blown my car smokes like hell when I boost over 10-15psi. It also has a cuppel of chunks of the comp wheel do to the previouse owner not running a filter. Here is a side pic of my turbo. http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q218/lelej1080/20g.jpg
Is this a tdo5 or tdo6 can you tell by the numbers on it???

You can call FP for a rebuild or new CHRA.

The compressor housing is a TD06, but TD05H, TD06, and TD06H also refer to the turbine wheel. Pics pr measurements of the turbine inducer/exducer would help identify it.
