2001 Eclipse GT filler hoses?

Hi, I need help please. I just bought a 2001 eclipse gt and behind the gas tank was a part that had 2 fatter hoses and I thin hose from where you put the gas in when fueling the car. The missing part by the looks of things some how got melted because there is melted plastic I. One of the fatter hoses. This is all located right behind the gas tank. Does anyone know what part I’m missing?
