Hola guys,
Couple questions about some things.
First question, of what I have read, my starter is going out. My car will start 4/5 times right away like normal, but that other time i'll turn the key and nothing. I'll hear a relay click and another couple quick clicks when I release the key. But the car won't turn over or anything.
I usually have to keep turning the key to start repeatedly while pumping the gas pedal; after about ten or so key turns the car will fire and all is good.
This may be nothing but it seems to fire like normal when the car hasn't been sitting for long(like from night until the morning). But I doubt that has a difference.
So is it most likely the starter? I've checked spark, wires, and fuel pump. All are working fine.
Next question: when I push my clutch in slowly, with the car off or on(easier to hear when off) about halfway through the motion, the pedal will get a bit of resistance and make a squeaky noise. It sounds like I would have to lube something to get rid of it. That kind of squeak. But I can't think of anything that would cause this. The pedal goes down and up fine, just makes that noise when I push it in somewhat slow. It's an ACT 2600 clutch btw.
Any ideas?
Thanks guys.
