Hey guys! I'm having two issues with my car right now. (The car is basically stock.)

First, my ABS light is coming up randomly. I cleaned the sensors, it's happening a lot less frequently now (once every 3-4 days as opposed to every day or two), but it's still happening. Could it be the ABS sensors going bad? Is there any way to check this, like a scanner or something?

Also, my car was consuming a lot of fuel and was kinda weak. My mechanic said that it was the fuel trim that was loose making the car run ultra rich and fixed it. Now the car is running awesome and using up half as much fuel! But sometimes, when I get to 5000-6000 RPM, the car goes into a halt, similar to when I hit fuel cut through the speed/rev limiter but a lot stronger, not to mention that there's a bit of smoke (very little) coming out of the exhaust. Am I running too lean now? Where is this fuel trim?

Thanks guys! I owe you a lot!
