GST Fuel Cut issues! Please help!

After installing my 3" Megan Racing exhaust and downpipe, Extreme PSI Intake, and Forge BOV. I took it out for a drive and it started fuel cutting it pretty much every gear. I have a hallman Boost controller with no gauge atm, (i know i need one waiting for the mail) not sure what boost its spiking at.
 
Without fully explaining fuel cut, the boost leak could cause fuel cut by the MAF reading more air than what's actually making it to the combustion chamber. Fuel cut happens when the ECU decides you're pulling too much air and thinks something is going to blow up, so it cuts fuel in attempt to prevent any damage. The leak causes extra metered air through the MAF, plus a rich condition. Having a boost controller without a boost gauge is a very bad idea, like others suggested run a line straight from your compressor housing to the wastegate actuator and I'll bet your fuel cut goes away.
just tried that, made it better but still cutting out in every gear and boost still creeping to 15

anyone else have any ideas
 
the only way your gonna get ride of your boost creep is to start back at the beginning. you kinda went about things ass backwards. 3 inch exhuast is way to big for your little t25s o2 housing. I assumed you had a bigger turbo with that exhuast setup. Im only running a 2.5 inch exhuast and i have a 16g.. soon to be 20g.. all that air your trying to push through gets bottle necked at the o2 housing and just creates alot of turbulance. try filling an empty soda bottle up with water and dump it out gradually and then fill it up the same and just turn it over.. same thing happens with exhuast gases.. heres a little reading material about boost creep and what causes it..

thanks alot man, ill be porting my o2 housing on saturday and be sure to let you know whats going on.
 
take the boost controller back off and run wastegate pressure.. run a vaccum line directly from your intake to the wastegate actuator. no T fitting into another line.. it needs its own vaccum source

Why is this? I currently am running a 14b tdo5h and it doesnt have a boost source on the compressor housing so I have to tee of the intake manifold thats shared with the BOV...is there another source of boost I can use for the WG?

Tap an NPT fitting into your J pipe. I can say from personal experience it will affect the operation of your BOV and your boost controller. The closer to the compressor outlet, the better for your boost source.
 
I "fixed" (more of a band aid) a boost creep issue on a DSM by adding that silencer tube that comes with ricer exhausts. If you have that tube kicking around, throw it on there and see if that fixes your issue.

That's a perfectly valid solution to boost creep, since it's often caused by too large of exhaust piping after too small of a turbo. Even running through the turbine wheel becomes the path of lower resistance instead of the wastegate, so the exhaust gasses go through the turbo. Using smaller exhaust piping, or a silencer tip, can restrict exhaust flow just enough to do the job. BTW most quality brand exhausts include silencers too, not just "ricers" ;)
