Well Santa came early wearing all brown!

I got my packages this last weekend and spent several hours sorting through all the parts, matching part numbers and ensuring everything turned out great. Props go out to Slowboy Racing, Kiggly, and VR Speed Factory for the great prices, and wonderful service.

Next bit of business, is with all these parts, I believe I am ready for the machine shop.

As for the engine harness, it is still coming along. I am at the point now where I am routing the locations of the wires, relocating, and planning out how and where I am going to put new plugs like Eric did. Man that guy and his bro have been so much help, another props to him on finally finishing it last weekend!!

This is perfect, I'm starting the same build in about 3 months....
And I just found Another g4cs, I think I will snag as a spare, since these are tough to find.

Just note, while this list is inclusive of all 6 bolt swap parts for this motor in a 2g, I can't be 100% it will work with anything else. It took me forever to get that list together, and looking back, its only some of the parts .

It was a good start though, I won't know that list is perfect until I put everything together and see if it runs

Good luck on that headgasket. They are a b**** to get to seal.

As long as the head and block are both resurfaced there shouldn't be an issue. Unless there is something else I am forgetting?

I use the same headgasket on all my builds. My only recommendation is spray it with a half of a can of Permitex copper spray.

Some have better luck than others with the headgasket. On low boost they are fine, Turn the wick up and they always seem to blow between the cylinders.

For that reason, I like the Felpros and Mitsu ralliart headgaskets.
