Just about ready to fire up the new 2.4. I tried to turn over engine but it didn't turn over.I thought starter is hooked up right but have one small wire on the harness not connected. I have the main battery wire on starter, big grounds one to battery and one to tranny.I have some little one near top of solenoid .I have still an extra on starter harness its got a clip thing on it but not sure where it might plug in.Are there two little wires on starter to hook up.Starter is in car so didn't feel like taking it out to look at it and can't find a decent picture of it.
Car was starting fine with old 7 bolt no problems so sure starter is ok.Battery was charged right up.

Other question is do I have to bother mounting and grounding the power transistor.I am pretty sure I ran my 92 as a test with it just hanging in the air and it seemed to run fine.

Other than that should be good to go.Also what would happen if don't hook up wire from 1g cas to the 2g cas plug?i have cas wiring to the crank angle plug with rre adapter but it has some white wire with no plug says it should go to blue wire on cas.

If there is a big metal plate on the back of your sensor than you need to ground it.
