I am swapping in my 2.4. I am using a 90 style oil filter housing. I need to swap the 2g sensors over thing have read. There are three on my 2g housing. one small threaded one is oil pressure switch think it is..that one I assume sets low oil light. That one screws in fine to my 90 housing. Then you have the big oil pressure gauge sending unit.
It has small threaded end like the oil pressure switch.I hava few outlets on my oil filter housing but they are larger than the oil pressure sending unit. Do I just get a thread adapter and screw the 2g sender in one of the spare holes.does it matter where I put it?
Next question using 1g water tower .It has like four senders..one top of housing and three lower down....one is ect sender for computer, one is small little thing 1/4 size and there is some other one.
The 2g uses one big one it looks like and one small 1/4 thing.Does it matter where I put them .I would think just block off or leave the old unused ones in there?
