2.3 stroker cam question

I'm surprise this thread didn't get blasted. Now im sounding like a broken record, all of the cam questions you seek have been answered in great detail, this information is also easily searchable.

Btw, I'd upgrade your turbo, simply because you'll be overpowering that little 16g after around 4-5k rpm with some 272 or 274 cams.

A cammed 2.3 trying to breathe through a Td05h wheel in a 7cm turbine housing is going to have a ton of midrange torque.. and abruptly choke hard.

You have more displacement with a 2.3, and then you are increasing its effective volume at higher rpm, which is to say much higher "engine demand flow" than the turbo was ever meant to support.. all that goes in needs to come out sometime.

Ok cool so i should be good with S2 cams and Kiggly beehive right? And i understand i will be needing a new turbo. I have been doing reading on that but am not to good with turbos. What turbo is a good brand of a turbo to go with? I want a stock bolt on also.

I would personally be looking at a minimum of T3 footprint turbos.. but you never mention what your goals for this setup are.

My goal is 500hp. I have the whole engine out now and i am doing a 2.3 rebuild. I just have a stock 13b turbo that was on the car but i know that wont make my goal. The engine is at the machine shop and it is getting the stroker forged crank, Manely H beam rods, And Wesco pistons. I had the hed rebuilt to stock with new seals and milled the head .002.
