2-3 questions need help plz

a couple of questions. Hey the check engine light came on so ran it trough the comp, and it said iddle speed control or something like that it said malfuntion something in the throttle body now what do i do do i clean it out maybe thats the reason for choking? Another question, the first gen bov convertion to the 2g do i just take out the 2g pipin with the bov, and put the 1g on it and im done or is there something else. e-mail david brode. he makes a real nice upper intercooler pipe for cheap, and it's flanged for the 1G bov (buy one used from the classifieds, they're like 20-30 $)

and as for the ISC, i think you just need to replace it. not sure though. never had to screw with mine

people have rebuilt ISCs in the past, the best bet for you though is to probably buy one off of the classifieds or dsmtrader
