So, for the budget stroker, so far its:
$450 for the Scat rods on 9:1 .020 Wiseco pistons (seller stated only a couple hundred miles or so)
$85 for the new wiseco rings
$100 for block cleaning and boring
$130 for a freshly polished 4g64 crank
Let the games begin!
My camera broke, so I didn't get pictures of us pulling everything out in the hot 96* Sun, with no shade, in the grass, and about 75% humidity.... wowee.
Pulling the motor was easy, but moving that hoist around in grass was noooo fun at all.
