Well i picked my 1g(very clean) up from an old man about 2.5 years ago. Since than iv fix its quirks here and their. About a year ago i spun a rod bearing (190000 on it and all stock 7 bolt) so i started my build back in April still in progress but its time for it to be a toy. I took my block,crank and rod to the guys at the dsm graveyard where John and company have been taking care of me with my DIY evo 7 bolt kit. i try to work on the car after work every nigh but only so much you can do. im not try to rush the car together ( yet again 3 years running i wont be in the shoot out) o well. but in that wait time iv picked up some goodies such as a apexi n1 turbo back $300 off ebay( i plan on cutting of the coffee can if anyone wants it) ,MHI big 16g ported and clipped w/ big unknown ss o2 housing $50, unknown 16 in rims 3 lbs lighter than stock a piece $40 for all. 27x5,5x2,5 fmic ebay $ 109 .free spare t case too. but as for the build right now the block work almost done at graveyard ,My cousins dad just started teaching me how to port my head ( he's a machinest and specilizes in euro bikes) as for my current time spent im just dipping mounts in muradic acid and painting anything that needs it. soon to move onto the painting the car with my cousin before the engines done. looking to be done next spring making 350-400 hp with my current set up... p.s. goal of 44 lbs rotating mass from the drive train elm. balance shafts 10 lb , light weight flywheel 12 lb , driveshaft 10 lb and light weight rims 12 lb all 4. well ill keep anything new posted and try to get some pics up ltr thanks for reading
