2.0 or 2.3 6 bolt?

Hey, I have my car at JNZ tuning right now and they are building me a 6 bolt. I have the option to go with the stock 2.0 or have it bored and stroked to a 2.3. I am trying to gather up some facts on the two builds. Any incite on which way I should have this built would be great, Such as pros and cons about both blocks. I am aiming to do road/circuit racing in the end, but I would also like to take it to the strip at times too.
