1st 12-13psi, 2nd 15psi, 3rd 17-18psi

hello dsmers! i need help. my car is running nice, you can feel the power, but one problem. boost isnt constant. in 1st gear it boosts 12-13psi. affecting my launch. i take off at 4500rpm (awd) it jumps then dies and takes off as the turbo spools up. 2nd gear it hit 15psi 3rd it hit 17-18psi. dont know what is causing this difference in boost per gear. checked the turbo out and it is fine. my profec-b is all good. i think it maybe settings on my apexi super afc II. can the afc setting affect boost? thanks!

ive tried launching at every rpm. started out at 3000rpm, 3500rpm, 4000, 4500rpm, 5000rpm, 5500rpm, burning clutch & poping clutch. the higher the rpm the bigger the jump. it still falls and then picks up. the fastes time i pulled on the g-tech pro was a 14.7
