1mm OS Valves make more power?

ok, my head is at the shop getting ported and polished, valve springs, etc in other words built. My bottom end is Wisceo 9.1 pistons on Eagle h-beam rods. I am running a Holset HX-35 on the Bulleye stock housing. I'm going to run E-85 at about 30 psi. Also I am running DSMLink v3lite with 1600cc injectors.

I am wondering what would be best way to go, I am not sure what will make more power on the dyno 1mm over valves on the exhaust side or 1mm over on both?
