1G 1GNT Ported vacuum line?

Found a split vacuum line on my gen1 2.0 N/A. Figured id just replace all of them, well my paint came off of my lines for reinstall. Alldata diagram is incorrect.

Even the diagrams in the 1990 FSM are a little fuzzy regarding the the 90 non-turbo throttle body and the vacuum lines.

The Emissions Section shows three ports and lines.

The Port marked Purge in the picture is what they call the R (red) line in the FSM, it runs to the Purge Solenoid. There is a B (black) line from the Purge Solenoid to the canister.

The Port marked EGR in the picture is what they call the G (green) line in the FSM, it runs to the tee between the EGR valve and the Thermo Valve on the thermostat housing.

The port marked A2 in the picture is what they call the Y (yellow) line in the FSM, it runs to the other side of the Thermo Valve on the thermostat housing.

Make sure that the port marked A1 in the picture is plugged.
There is also a vacuum line (L - blue) on the end of the intake manifold that runs to the fuel pressure regulator to provide it's manifold pressure (vacuum) reference so the FP tracks 1:1.

Thank you so much for the reply! Only question about A1 fitting…you mentioned ed plugged. My question is capped or runs to the other side of the thermo valve??

Not sure how to parse this.

I mentioned the A1 port because it exists on a 90 Turbo TB and on the NT FSM diagrams. You can see where I labeled it, make sure that spot isn't a hole into the TB. If I'm reading the manual correctly, nothing on a NT connects there. The place for the port exists but it isn't drilled out.
