Well sure you don't need the factory harness...but it would be the correct way to do it.


The motors are not simple power one way it goes up, power the other it goes down. The motors do not switch direction. And I do know how to do the wiring, get the chassis, and dash harness out of a 91 and put it into your car. I know its not what you want to hear, but you'll spend less time swaping the harnesses than dicking around and troubleshooting. I don't know what your times worth, but mine is about $100 an hr.. so you can see my reasons.

Also you must have misread my post. 90/91 chassis harnesses are not compatible with 92+. I am unsure about the engine harness. You do realize there are several different hanesses on the car?

I would also appriciate it if you were to retract your statment that "It doesn't seem that you know too much about these cars," Considering I have converted my car from automatic to manual, n/t to turbo, and I'm the first private individual to convert a FWD to AWD, I believe I know a thing or two about these cars. I'll forget more than you'll ever know about these cars.


I personally want to set up the popups so that ONLY the button can flip them up, not turning on the lights. That way I can leave them down without pulling the relay.

Clean96GST - you didn't get a 3000GT because you couldn't afford one.
