just wondering if it is possible to convert a 1ga to a 1gb. Only the head lights im interested in. Wouldnt one only have to get the 1gb fenders, headlights and hood then. Or is it more complicated than it seems. The popups are the big question i guess. What happens in that space? Is the frame of the car different to make space for the popups? Need some answers thanx.!!:)

There have been a couple threads on this so far but you would need the headlights, fenders, hood, bumper, side markers, and any other misc. mounting hardware. It would be cool to do if you d popups and could get all the other stuff for cheap, but I only know of one guy who has done it and he has been trying to sell his car for a while.

i was just wondering what it would take. I love the popups......sometimes:D Certain angles i like the 1ga better than the 1gb. But i think it would be even cooler to somehow have both.Dunno though.

ive actually been considering taking my 1gb and reverting it to a 1ga, the frame is the same, like both have the square inserts on the core support where the pop-ups sit so its just a matter of removing your old pieces and installing the new ones
