1gb chassis wiring harness help

Okay, having some issues with a 1gb I bought.

Previous owner tried doing a wire tuck and half azz it, also tried a chassis tuck as well. I replaced main harness. I'm having issues with the chassis harness. I am just trying to put it back the way it is supposed to be. I have most figured out already but can't seem to find the info i need.

Some chassis wires were cut with not much idea what they are or where they go. Some had tape and were labeled but I'm not sure still at where they go as it was cut. Currently the ones I can tell say high beam fuse. It's a blue black wire coming from fuse block in engine bay and seems to go through the firewall. With it is a blue and white wire. I think they go together.

Also have a solid red wire and a big yellow wire that says alt. Going towards the interior.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated. I've looked for an hour on something to help identify where they go. Can't seem to find the right link or diagram that I am able to actually understand and read. I found a few threads but they were about a auto awd, mine is a 94 6/4 combo awd manual. It's unclear to me what might have been removed or deleted.

Also upon further inspection the 16 pin connector behind fuse box on dr sidd floor. The 16 pin connector has 3 wores cut. Any way to identify them would be great as well

Srry guess that would help.. found a few more wores cut.. some have lables but still not a clue where they go.. blue and white near wheel well goes twards interior labled high beam blue black not lables same direction and taped togethrr. Solid red near wheel well not labled. Wires under dash on dr side cut no idea none share the same color pattern. Wires near fuse block in engine bay one big one labled fan other is a alt which is yellow. And another yellow one labled alt as well in wheel well. Getting a bit confused here.

Just realized the yellot alt wire near wheel well goes to alt plug for alternator

Might also help to mention.. this guy.... deleted the pwr windows some of the cut wires near fuse box are pwr window relay wires
