1ga to 1gb hood

This is a really easy/stupid question but i just had to ask before i start this project.

Are the dimensions for the 1ga hoods the same as the 1gb hoods (obviously if the pop-ups where there). For example - I took out the pop-ups and installed a 1gb hood it would fit like stock? TIA

It does fit like stock but like you said the 1ga has flip ups and the 1gb doesn't. If your doing a convertion you'll need 1gb fenders, light, and brackets.

But the dimensions are the same, beautifull. The hood latches are the same I would expect cause i'm not changing that whole assembly - just the hood?
