So searching around on Rock Auto, I found these rotors : http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=4423116&cc=1103050&jsn=336&jsn=336

It says it will not fit a 1990 Eagle Talon AWD, but it will fit a '91.

My main question is why? What are the big differences? Would they bolt up if I happen to buy them?

Or will I have to buy all the rotors separately since they don't offer a nice kit like this one for the Talon.

Thanks in advance guys!

There are part number differences between the 90 and 91 for the front disks and according to the FSM changes in the calipers and rotors between car built before 4-1989 and after but I suspect that was also around the start date of the AWD cars.

May I suggest you consider getting the larger dual piston calipers and matching rotors. I never found the stock front brakes to be up to snuff even with good pads and rotors.

The 90 and 91 rear brakes are also different.

What years had those?

92-94 GSX were equipped with them. Donor parts can come from the 93-94 AWD DSM, 91+ NA 3000GT's and Stealths, 92-96 Diamantes.

If you have 17" or larger wheels the Outlander brake swap is also an option

Do you think this would work well for the fronts if I got the brackets? http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=7283896&cc=1103151&jsn=684&jsn=684
