1G - wire harness near airbox area

I just picked up a 1G awd and noticed a 2-wire harness laying disconnected near the airbox area. This harness goes into the same loom as the harness that goes to the MAF sensor. I dont see anything around there that it can be plugged to. Please help, id like to get the car smogged and the smog techs around here dont like disconnected stuff

Boost control solenoid

It's for your stock BCS (Boost Control Solenoid), you don't need to worry about because you have a MBC.
