1g window squeal

My power windows are driving me crazy! Every time the windows roll down either left or right they make a high pitch squeal which is not cool at all however they make no noise on the way down. The tracks seem to be clean and i cant see anything that would cause the squeal. Im guessing that im not the only one to have this problem although i couldnt find anything with my search.

take your door panels off and shoot some powder graphite in the side window runners-they've all but dried up and the felt in the runners are gone.

..or, you can zap a shot of "TRI-Flow" - a teflon spray - in the runners.

..just something to slick up the inside of the runners.

Thanks for the tip graphite works good. Thank god that was so annoying!
