Does anyone know if there has been a redesign of the 1g FWD thermal exhaust in the past few years? I was looking at pictures in past threads and the design looks slightly different than what is posted on thermal's website. If it has been redesigned, does anybody have any pictures that they could share?

What exactly are you thinking looks different? The only change that I know of was that they made the inlet after the cat slightly smaller, so it's not a true 3" right where it starts after the cat. I believe it has been made like that for a while now though.

Ludachris, that may be the case. I just tend to be extremely careful before I buy something. The previous thread I am referring to is as follows:

http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/1g-fwd-exhaust.314525/

When you look at the pictures in that thread, the exhaust hangers and the section between the muffler and tip looks different compared to thermal's picture on the website. That's why I asked. I would hate to buy an expensive exhaust and not like it cause I was expecting something else. Either way though, there are not much options (beside custom) for the old 1g FWD's anymore it seems. Seems like most people love the thermal exhausts and even my engine builder recommended it. Thanks
